1d. If You Use Our Managed Salesforce Qualification Form

If you complete the qualification form on our Managed Salesforce for Nonprofits page, we additionally collect and process:

  • Your answers to questions about your organization, timeline, funding, and role.
  • Email address and phone number, checked for validity and deliverability through a third-party verification service.
  • Charitable or nonprofit registration status, checked against public Canada Revenue Agency and IRS registry data where applicable.
  • If you're a strong-fit applicant, a public LinkedIn profile lookup (via Apify) to confirm your name, employer, and role — public profile data only, never used to block or delay a booking.
  • Ad-platform measurement (Google, Microsoft, OpenAI) tied to a booked call, described below.

[[PLACEHOLDER: name the specific email-verification, phone-lookup, and enrichment vendors once selected]]

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to enhance user experience and analyze site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.

Necessary cookies run automatically. Advertising cookies and measurement tags (Google, Microsoft, OpenAI) — and the analytics that fire when you book a call through our qualification form — load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

Retention: qualified leads are retained for 24 months, lower-fit leads for 6 months, and verification detail for 90 days. To request deletion, email privacy@opencarestech.com. [[PLACEHOLDER: confirm retention periods with counsel before publishing]]

Our website may link to external sites (e.g., LinkedIn or partner organizations). We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
